Each item in our shop is made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

Shipping & Address Issues
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, we can reship it once confirmed. Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delays or additional fees.
